Yeah, it’s sexy apricots. Pretty simple but effective. Feels like golden hour as the summer heat fades and you’re lying languorously on the porch, somehow eating fruit in a sensual way.
On my skin Elixir of Aphrodite is a 50/50 mix of apricots and mimosa. I don’t develop any of the other notes listed. EoA stays the same on me throughout the (3 hour maximum) wear time. I think I’d enjoy this more if I wasn’t amping that mimosa note. The citrus is powerful and it wants to overpower rather than compliment the apricot. It’s kind of a bummer since the apricot was my reason for sampling EoA. This scent reminds me of a peach Bellini cocktail, minus the bubbles.

Really amazing peach/apricot scent. There’s vanilla at the back and some musk. I wanted to bath in it on first meeting and I have vowed to always have a bottle at hand.

The perfume as a whole sounded lovely, but on my skin it read like bad pop pourri. I had to scrub it off.
The peaches are the strongest and most lasting note on me. The mimosa note plus the various fruits gives the impression of white wine sangria. The kind you drink on a bar patio to celebrate the warm weather. I find it sweet but fruity and completely delicious,
