This is very polarizing. My cousin says I smell good. My sister says I smell like Christmas gone wrong. My partner sniffs me a lot, my mom gags. It’s not as spicy as I hoped it would be, it smells like a very sweet gingerbread. It’s not as sweet as gingerbread syrup, but it’s in that area of sweetness. It’s a lot. In spring and summer I’m always like “ugh, I’m never in the mood for it” and then in fall and winter, I wear it all the time. I might miss this once I use it up. 3/5
Omg… in the bottle, this is mouthwatering. It smells like my hands do when I’m making molasses cookies for the holidays, with the kiss of sugar on top and everything. Unfortunately, once I put it on, the sweetness is overpowered by the gingerbread. That wouldn’t be a problem for me, but this is gingerbread that hasn’t been spiced enough. It’s the cooked bread/ ginger smell of it, without the clove and cinnamon. SUCH a shame, because I was ready to adore this one. It’s just okay.
