I would descibe this as on exotic vanilla. There is a strong scent of alcohol, like smelling vanilla extract, that takes some time to disapate. I’m not sure if further resting will change this aspect or not. My nose can pick out the vanilla, orchids and white florals. The rest of the notes are not detectable to me. This was a blind buy. I figured if I don’t like it on it’s own then it’ll mix well with other oils in my stash. I can see wearing this one year round if you’re fond of vanilla. I hope the alcohol smelling “phase” of this mellows out with age. Good longevity on me and usually my skin eats up scents. This lasted 5+hrs on my skin…at least that I could detect.
