  1. I know this is a fall scent but I’m rocking Ginger Tea in the high heat of summer (90’s with a heat index that makes it feel like the low 100’s) and I dig it! It’s gingery and sweet and smoky all at the same time. I really like the balance of the notes on me. If you’ve smelled Solstice Scents Smokewood Apiary, this runs in the same vein. The smoked cedar starts out as the most prominent note but it’s also the first to disappear around the 2 hour mark. I’m not surprised, this seems to be the norm for how smoke scents wear on my skin. After the smoke bids farewell in Ginger Tea, the perfume oil settles close to the skin and is gone around 5 or so hours after the initial application. On me SS’s Smokewood Apiary has a much stronger honey note while Firebird’s Ginger Tea has the stronger ginger note. I’d also recommend sampling Firebird’s Tobacco Honey if Ginger Tea strikes your fancy. Another wonderful tea scent, I really like this.

  2. Exactly what it says on the lid. Not super sweet, not super dry, just perfect ginger tea. A bit spicy, a bit warm, but never foodie.
