  1. I had much higher hopes for this one. I really enjoy lavender, but the addition of the other notes made it sound like the lavender of my dreams. Marshmallows, vanilla, coconut milk, sugar! I was all in! I imagined a smooth, creamy, sugary lavender. Perfect for making you feel cozy and relaxed for bedtime. Well, that’s not what I got. While the lavender scent does smell like natural wild grown lavender and not that horrible “lavender” bathroom cleaner smell, that smells nothing like true lavender (if you know what I’m talking about), the lavender is so strong in this one that it overpowers all the other notes in it. I get no milky creaminess or even much sweetness, I’m sad to say. Just kind of smelled like your basic lavender essential oil. I already have plenty of that. Now that being said, I have had others disagree with me and say they CAN smell the other notes. So, this is one I’m afraid you have to smell for yourself apparently.

  2. from the website: “I had a baby- and the ubiquitous soft lavender scent of all those baby washes and powders and lotions is now permanently associated with fuzzy newborn baby heads, and wiggly fresh-from-the-bath toes, and squishy little cheeks, and heavy-lidded milk-drunk smiles.”

with this description I sort of can’t un-smell the idea of lavender lotion and breastmilk, and I’m not sure why I thought smelling like a baby sounded like a good idea to me.
