This review is for the Pumpkin Butter version of Apple Milk. This scent is wonderful. If you’re a fan of cardamom, this is a good one to try. The apple note in this reminds me of the apple in Nui Cobalt’s Apple Picking…barely ripe crisp apple with just enough cardamom to elevate the apple smell from typical to wow. Many milk or cream scents go wonky on me and smell either spoiled sour or plasticky but that doesn’t happen here. I’m not getting any hot milk per say but there is an overall creaminess to Apple Milk. I only wish that I had tried this sooner. A good base scent for so many of my perfume oils.
I’m missing Apple Milk! I used mine all up pretty quickly and I can’t wait for fall to come around again. This is the most perfect scalded milk scent, with creamy fresh apple and a sprinkle of cardamom. I was really impressed by this one.
The apple note is incredibly realistic, but still creamy thanks to the cardamom. By far one of my favourite apple scents and one I’m going to be stocking up on next fall.
