  1. Whoa, this is strong! The freshest dragon’s blood and red musk drizzled in honey. I wish the honey were lighter because it’s asserting itself a little too much for me and I can’t smell any more nuance because my nose is getting stuck. I’m curious to see what this does on my skin because it has a lot of promise… and score! Once I put it on, the honey withdraws into a supporting role and lets the rest shine… lovely spices, incense smoke, and beeswax candles… This smells just like the metaphysical bookstore where I used to work! I’m getting a wallop of nostalgia now, which I am completely okay with. Seriously, if you’ve ever been inside of a small shop that sells witchy things (and isn’t on incense overload) or the room where the bulk herbs are stored before measuring for sale, this captures that ambiance perfectly. I dig it. It’s gorgeous and another ode to Caroline’s blending prowess. It does get a small mark down because due its strength, I’ll have to consider where I’m going when I wear it. I still love it, but I know it won’t get as much regular use.

  2. I wasn’t a huge fan of this one, but I think that might just be that I’m not the biggest fan of dragon’s blood. This is a thick scent; it’s a little cloying without being terribly sweet, and it’s beautifully incensey and heavy. Someone whose tastes run more this way would probably love this fragrance!
