Scent Description: Lemon, cola, and ginger beer.
Oooh, now this is different. I get smacked in the face with lemon right off the bat, but it’s the nice sweet variety, and it’s immediately chased with fresh, spicy ginger. Ginger is a tricky smell. It can be overbearing. It’s not here. It’s therapeutic. But also… playful? I can’t put my finger on it. It’s amorphous, playing with my senses. It smells like ginger ale, but not canned, like it was made from scratch (is that a thing people do?). There’s a subtle sweetness that’s making everything work together. It’s dancing between refreshing and sweet, spicy and smooth. Very interesting. It could make more an excellent summer body oil. I can see the notes lending themselves beautifully to layering with a lot of different scent types. I’m intrigued. I’m putting this down as a solid high maybe. I’m not swooning, but it’s so unique. I’m a sucker for unique. If you’re pondering this one, I say go for it. It’s an experience I’m glad I had.
