99% grass, 1% strawberry, 0% dirt. I thought I was gonna love it from the rollerball but the instant it hits my skin, goodbye strawberry! I have this problem with Strawberry Milkshake from Sucreabeille. The problem was solved with the EDP formula, so perhaps I need the Extrait version from Hex in SFF? Anyways, if it smells like the rollerball on your skin, congratulations. Test first with an Ajevie slink, especially if you wouldn’t wanna wear a grass fragrance. Would suck to blind buy a big size and not like it.
This is the best strawberry 🍓 perfume I’ve tried in a long time, it legit is like sitting in a dewy, garden, checking your berries and making sure the rabbits didn’t get to them. It’s everything I wanted in a summer oil. Strawberry, a little dirt, and a little grass. It takes you places <3
Fresh, earthy, fruity, and lightly sweet. Strawberry plants and dirt. I don’t really smell any grass at all.
The strawberry plants include everything – fruit, leaves, and stems. The strawberry plants and dirt are pretty evenly balanced…. which means it’s quite a bit too dirty for me. Like picking strawberries in grandma’s garden when I was a kid.
Not for me, but recommend to those who enjoy earthy fruity scents.
I get a LOT of grass from this. The strawberry is so, so faint, like it’s off in the distance somewhere. The more I sniff, I get the distinct dirt impression as well. It’s like crawling through grass on my hands and knees as a little kid. I probably wouldn’t know there was a fruit at all if I didn’t know I should be looking for it. I expected this to be a fruity scent first and foremost, with other things playing along. There’s basically no fruit! It’s a dirt and grass scent. It’s well-done, but not at all my taste. So… I don’t really need to smell like grass and dirt (without, you know, being in grass and dirt in reality). I can safely pass. I’m noticing that a lot of the fruits that people seem to love don’t work on me from Hex. Mossypeach was also not a good fit for my skin and that one has a huge fan base! On the other hand, Southern Hospitali-tea’s sweet, jammy berries and the citruses in Holy Water/ Embalming Fluid/ Sunday Morning are wonderful. I will have to keep this in mind. I do start to catch light strawberry whiffs as this one gets close to the end of its wear. It’s quite nice. Excitingly realistic. It’s a shame my nose won’t let me smell it more, and sooner!
Yessss. This scent is amazing! I don’t like gourmands, and I wouldn’t really classify this as one. This is picking plump, fresh strawberries with dirt on your knees. I get a touch of “green” as well, and it’s such a fresh scent that I can’t get enough of!
