Buttery pastry with sour apple, becomes creamier and better rounded on drydown and then morphs into to really nice sugary butter apple pie, decent sillage
This one morphed a lot. It started out as warm Granny Smith apples and the tiniest bit of spices. After several hours, it changed completely to a very strong buttery crust. Overall it’s pretty neat and definitely accurate to a pie smell, but it gave me a rash.
