When I first put this on I was a little nervous because it smells a bit artificial at first – a little fake suede/leather. After a short while though I’m left with a really nice “forest floor” type scent. I’m picking up the dirt and moss and a little something that smells like dead leaves. Sounds kind of gross, but somehow it works and provides a pretty specific scent memory for me. I also expected it to be on the heavier side but it’s pretty light and ethereal. Probably not something I will reach for a ton but glad I have it.
I was not a fan of this scent. The suede went a bit pleather plasticky on my skin and I got a weird peachy sort of note that my skin amped. I’m sad it didn’t work out for me because it sounds amazing.
