Ah, this is educational as well! Had to look up what it meant. Sauin is Manx Gaelic for Samhain.
Licorice\anise note is prevalent but not like Demeter Licorice. It is tempered by the sugar and yuzu which leaves a bit of a dischord. Dragon’s blood only minimally noticable in the drydown, but has a nice dry moss note there.
