Incredibly realistic damp florals, almost exactly like walking through a spring garden right after a rainstorm. For me the florals are very much front and centre here, with the dirt, grass, and stone notes being strong supporting players. Genuinely evocative, and so intensely realistic that it doesn’t always fit neatly into everyday wear, but it is nevertheless an unique and incredibly well-crafted scent.
The Primrose Path is a very green and wet scent with more soft floral nuances. It’s beautiful and soft and a bit somber, the stone and soaked earth and lichen and damp grass reminiscent of a river bank. It’s hyperrealistic and I can almost hear the water trickling by.
A mellow, soft green scent with a hint of watery florals. A tiny bit earthy, but not enough to dredge it into full damp soil territory. Dewy greens are the predominant notes, with watery fresh florals over the top. Definitely on the realistic side – clean-smelling, but not in an artificial or sharp way. It has less earthiness/petrichor and more soft sweetness to it than Supercell. Longevity about 5 hours, but not strong throw – this is a delicate scent. Love this.
i will be the first to admit that i don’t like “green” scents. unless it’s got fir in it somewhere, i probably don’t like it. green scents go too sharp on me and tend to just remind me of freshly mowed grass (and not in the good way). this, however, is very pleasant as far as green scents go. there’s just enough floral to round out the edges, and as others have said, it’s reminiscent of walking through a dewy garden.
Very wet and damp florals, really like this since it doesn’t get too swampy
On the realistic side – this is damp, green, and earthy, with hints of gentle floral peeking over the top. A floral sister to Supercell. The floral notes are so general and gentle (‘faded’ is appropriate) that I don’t think flower-haters would loathe this. It’s reminiscent of a damp spring walk, making your way past dewy blooms. Literal and quite delicate.
