Cyser

Brand: ZOMG Smells

Scent Description:

In the world of mead and honey wine, all cysers are melomels (honey wines involving fruit), but only melomels involving apples are cysers. Despite having their own special category, they are not snobby things, and have been consumed by peasants and nobles alike since they were invented.

The scent: buckwheat honey, small backyard apples, and a hint of nose-tingle from letting the honey wine keep fermenting in the bottle. Oops. Or yay, depending on your tastes. At least this batch didn’t explode and get all over the laundry room floor again.

Released: Honeyed Delights 2019
