  1. I get a wallop of raspberry from this in the bottle and it very much reminds me of Raspberry Rosemallow (which didn’t wow me). The rose comes on strong on application and I’m feeling meh. It smells objectively good but isn’t something I want to wear. There’s too much rose. Much like with RR, I like it more as it fades (and the rose departs). I think I prefer the reserved white chocolate sweetness to the cookie in RR too. It feels more sophisticated. I could probably hang with this one occasionally, but not enough to justify upgrading it. I imagine if you like rose and can handle a subtle sweetness, this would be a home run scent for you. Soft pass for me.

  2. Soft, lightly sweet, and gourmand. Raspberry, red rose, cocoa powder, and white chocolate.

The raspberry is sugared (rather than fresh) and the red rose is candied. The white chocolate is sweet and creamy, but I can also smell something that reminds me of an unusually bitter cocoa powder. I appreciate the contrast, but I still don’t care for the note.

I imagine this would be a sugar bomb, but it’s a very soft scent with low sillage (not quite a skin scent, but almost)… so it just reads as lightly sweet instead. Only lasts about a half hour before fading away completely.

Not for me, but might work for someone who is okay with soft gourmands that have little longevity or sillage.

  3. A perfect raspberry and rose. The white chocolate cuts both the fruit and floral to make a really soft and lovely gourmand.
