Bathsheba

Brand: Black Phoenix Alchemy Lab

Scent Description: The Seventh Daughter, Daughter of the Oath. She was King David’s lover, and the mother of King Solomon. Her scent is breathtakingly lovely, exotic and powerfully sensual in its innocence: carnation, sensual plum, and Arabian musk.

  1. Lightly sweet, floral, aquatic, and graceful. Carnation, gardenia, plum, and ambergris.

The carnation is slightly spicy, but not as spicy as a lot of carnation notes I’ve smelled. The plum is more earthy than fruity and the Arabian musk smells much more like an aquatic ambergris to me. Also… I’m smelling gardenia for some reason. Given the name Bathsheba, I expected a heavy, warm, sultry scent. This is the exact opposite.

Not for me, but may work for those who enjoy graceful floral scents.
