Scent Description: Sun bleached driftwood, dry black musk, warm sand, dune grasses and a damp oceanic breeze.
It does smell like the notes, but not in the best possible way. The black musk has a masculine smell and added to the damp wood, it smells like a man wearing cologne after a weekend of camping in a damp tent. I have the oil and the pumpkin butter, and I don’t mind this scent, but its not great. It’s too damp and a little too human. My skin but moister?
Okay this really bloomed (pumpkin butter format and oil format both) after about 6 months storage. Now I get it the “damp oceanic breeze” and it is quite true to life. It’s a murky beach atmospheric, reminding me of saltwater and algaes. I actually really enjoy it now!
