1. This review is for the lip balm. If the perfume oil smells the same as the balm, I definitely need to purchase some. The lip balm smells like the notes listed above (bread, blackberry, brown sugar and walnuts) with the addition of some kind of soft spice. It’s so good. A thinner consistency lip balm that smells wonderful. This is the kind of balm that you use to keep your lips in shape. If you want something to treat chapped lips, you need something thicker that has more staying power in my opinion. This is what I think of as a “maintenance lip balm”. It’s more of a smell than flavor with the balms I’ve tried so far. I would say they’re ambiguously sweet with a spot on smell. The only downside is that I used Blackberry Bread a total of three times before I dropped it in a hospital parking lot and the cap cracked and busted off. I wanted to cry! That’s gonna bother me for awhile since it’s sold out with no set return date due to ingredient resourcing. I’m a fan of Allison’s balms and they’re very reasonably priced.
