I tried this scent in conditioner format. This was a delightfully warm, amber-forward scent, very smooth and vaguely reminiscent of polished wood. I don’t get much heavy patchouli at all – it’s grounding the scent, but certainly not dominating it, and it’s not an earthy, chewy patch. There’s a light touch of leather and some smooth vanilla over the top, just pulling it all together. My overall impression is a smooth, sweet (but not tooth-achingly so), sophisticated, unisex vanilla amber.
