The notes in this sounded wonderful, but unfortunately right out of the bottle I get this melting plastic smell that wouldn’t go away after resting for over two weeks. I finally put it on my skin to see if the plastic smell would fade and the lovely almond would come out, but all I am getting is a faint, sweet plastic. Really sad. It must be a skin chemistry thing.
I like this! It’s not a favorite and I probably wouldn’t repurchase, but it is a good scent that I enjoy wearing. It starts off really white and clean, then slowly fades down into a sweeter vanilla scent, but still staying fresh and clean. I don’t really get much almond or coconut milk, but I really like this. Nice relaxing scent, could be a good sleep scent?
I guess I didn’t realize the almond would be so strong in this, or that it would be as sweet or kind of sickening, or is it the milk element that I don’t like? I’m not getting coconut at all, just too almond bad milk smell for me, just not notes that work for me i guess. dries down to an icky perfumey bland smell.
