Beautiful tart lemonade base… completely ruined with roses. Lol. It’s such an unnecessary combination to my nose. I’ve been super curious about this one for so long too! Ever since I fell in love with Whizzpopper, I knew I wanted to smell the whole lemonade line and this one has been highly praised. Since I don’t normally like rose, I also thought this might be an intriguing mix that could give me a rose perfume I would enjoy. Nope. Nope. Nope. This is weirdly soapy lemon, like a perfectly good glass of lemonade had Dawn poured in it. Do not want! 100% not for me.
Sweet, sugary, powdery, and bright. Lemon, sugar, and powder.
I could swear I smell like three different lemons in this. One (the strongest by far) smells like sugared lemongrass, another is a very sweet candied lemon, and a third is tart and a tad fizzy. There is also something extremely
powdery here. I assume it’s actually the rose, but honestly I can’t smell any rose at all. Just powder.
I LOVE lemon. Just not this lemon. I also don’t usually enjoy powdery scents. There have been exceptions, but this definitely is not one of them.
Not for me, but may work for those who enjoy lemongrass or super powdery scents.
