  1. Oh wow, this is a dead ringer for bananas foster on my skin. It’s so realistic that it makes me hungry. The banana note in this is fresh and not candy like. The vanilla ice cream is the first note to fade out after about 30 minutes and then it’s all caramelized bananas and rum sauce although I wouldn’t call it buttery per say. Delicious all the same. I love the banana note and it’s way more noticeable in this over Bellypopper (went predominantly chocolate on me) and Banana Milk (the banana note was gone after 20 minutes). The only downer is it’s pretty much gone on my skin after about 3 1/2 hours. The smell of this makes me want to lick my wrist!

  2. Fresh caramel, obvious rum, and reasonably tempered banana in the bottle. I like the way the toasted sugar trails after the assertive rum. I can’t stop sniffing. When I put it on my skin, it goes Runts banana candy. I slathered some more on because I really want to smell like that caramel/ rum combo! The banana candy appears again and then retreats again. Using it liberally may be a key? It’s pretty much what it claims to be: ripe bananas cooked in sugar with a rum-flavored dipping sauce and some (melted) vanilla ice cream. As it fades, it becomes creamy vanilla-banana… like the melty ice cream is taking over. The “banana candy” note is still there, but not anywhere near as aggressive as it is on initial application. This could be a summer gourmand option, and a unique layering experiment waiting to happen.
