  1. Yep, smells like softener and that gritty white powder detergent. Bright, white, squeaky clean. Reminds me of doing laundry in a real Laundromat with cold fluorescent lights. After a few hours, the starchy crispness fades slightly away, but softener stays. I wear this any time I’m going for waxing or threading or tattooing or anything that requires me up close with a stranger who is paid to take care of me hahaha It’s the perfect scent that says, “I did my best to be squeaky clean and considerate of our close proximity.”

  2. I agree with pretty much everything said by all of the four reviews before mine. 100% laundromat smell. I can pick up on every note from the description. I can smell the detergent, the dryer sheets, the ozone and something else that eludes me. Down to the metallic tang of the quarters, it’s crazy how spot on this is. I get a good 5 hours of wear on my skin with this. After that I can smell it faintly if I put my nose right to my skin. It lasts much longer on my clothes and it smells much better than my current detergent. I have family with allergies to certain detergents, so I’m limited on what I can use in the wash. This perfume oil completely satisfies my adoration of that freshly laundered clothes smell. I’ve tried other laundry interpretations and they always miss the mark…until now! I don’t know that I want to smell like this personally all that much but I want all of my clothing, bedding, vehicles and home to smell like this all the time. This is the laundry scent for me, nothing else I’ve tried compares. If you’re in search of an authentic laundromat smell, I recommend you try this one out.

  3. Yup, this smells like laundry detergent. Okay, check. But… then there’s more as it blossoms on my skin. There is a strange movie-like, dreamy quality to it, as if I’m stepping through a cut scene. Now I’m smelling the abundance of clean, hard water and the thinly metallic scent of washing machines and quarters… that’s just as the description says, so I shouldn’t be surprised. Still am. It’s not something I would imagine captured this way. It’s not even something I would have thought to attempt to capture at all, if I’m being honest. The “fabric softener” aspect is coming through now but as airy dryer sheets, sort of floating through the atmosphere. If you’ve been in a laundromat, you’re going to recognize this. It’s so accurate! Unreal. Huh. I don’t really know what I think. I’m impressed. I like it more than I thought I would because it’s such a snapshot of real life. I still don’t want to smell like this on my body, so it’s a pass for upgrading. But wow. Total artistry.

  4. Smells EXACTLY like fresh laundry right out of the dryer, and even the humidity of the laundromat. Really nice without being like ‘dryer sheet’ in a chemical way.

  5. This is what my whole family would smell like if we were all Lands End models, my kids never fought or got dirty, and we vacationed in The Hamptons every summer while wearing white tennis clothes. It’s clean, fresh, goodness. 😍

  6. Smells just like a warm pile of squeaky clean, crisp laundry. Excellent for when I want to smell freshly bathed and laundered
