  1. Ehhhh, not a good first impression. I don’t like eggnog much, so the smell isn’t something I would necessarily seek out. I secretly hoped the scent would be mostly marshmallow buttercream, with a dash of spice. It’s all creamy, eggy eggnog in my face in the bottle. To my relief, it becomes much more what I hoped for on my skin. It’s almost giving me Nanette’s Wizardry vibes (hopes rising!), but much less spiced and with a twinge of eggy-ness. I like it, but don’t quite love it. Though if I’m being honest and I wasn’t already smitten with NW, I’d probably like it a lot more. The egg part happily vanishes completely after about 10 minutes. It’s softly chewy marshmallow sweetness with a dash of buttercream luxury and dusted with clove/ cinnamon. It’s rather delicious now and I’m being majorly swayed. It reminds me of Hestia in this stage too, but just a tad sweeter, that buttercream note lending extra depth and richness. The extreme dry down finally allows the buttercream to shine. Ahhh, spiced buttercream. I love this part, exactly as I love the ending of NW. I can hang with this after all. Phew. This is an excellent sweet/spicy foodie, especially if you’re an eggnog type of person. I imagine I’ll end up with it for a begrudging NW replacement. Happy ending!
