Scent Description: The tart kind of orange which benefits from association with the sweetness of the silver base. Tart oranges have the best fragrance but they need to be paired off with something to make them sweet like the silver base. A simple idea but one which needed to happen. Divinity in a bottle.

This is absolutely lovely. The oranges here read more sweet than tart to me – think starburst orange, married with a the rich and lovely (and slightly metallic) vanilla in the Possets silver base. (The silver base is a vanilla, but not a very gourmand one: this is a classical perfume vanilla.) Think orange creamsicle, but all grown up.
It’s a good match; I think this is a real nice party perfume where it gives a nice and unusual combo to capture attention, but this isn’t overbearing at all. The scent keeps close to the skin, but it lasts well: four hours in, I’m still getting puffs of orange along with the excellent silver base.
