My favourite scent from Christmas, starts out with the hot chocolate & yes it’s deliciously creamy & it’s in the background the whole time. I love the orange, the evergreen, the ginger men. Just a gorgeous scent with great throw & longevity, I bought two lol.
In the decant, the hot chocolate and candied orange peel note stand out to me the most, with a touch of fir needle. On my skin, I get the candied orange peel and what must be the gingerbread note, as it is spicy and bready, and almost a little boozy and yeast-y? Then the hot chocolate joins in the mix. After a while, it’s mostly chocolate orange on me with the warmth of the gingerbread in the background. I didn’t get the fir or the beeswax on my skin.
