The coconut is front and center in this one, to my nose. It’s very creamy, but never veers into sunblock territory. If you’ve ever worked with coconut cream in your kitchen, that’s what I get in the coconut note. The violets come to rest on top of that creamy bed of coconut, and the whole thing feels surprisingly romantic and not cloying. The scent feels almost velvety. (Since I’m not a huge coconut fan, I’m liking how this layers with Altar Smoke).
