BVES is vanilla frosting sprinkled with myrrh and autumnal spices. The myrrh here actually reminds me of the myrrh in Uriel, where it is thick and smoldering. It has a bit of a pumpkin-spice edge to it, but it is not overwhelmingly holiday-like. Very gourmand, but in a more sophisticated way. Like a cake scent, but dressed up and elegant. Don’t let the heavier notes scare you- BVES is not very black at all. It is a friendly and sugary scent.
