In the bottle it is a pear scent with hints of apple. Zero caramel or anything else. Wet on skin it becomes a sweet caramel perfume but the pear reappears as soon as the oil dried on the skin. Sniffing at the wrist reveals a pear-bourbon vanilla combination while the general scent around me is a stronger caramel.
My mother doesn’t hate it, which says a lot, because she dislikes every perfume with caramel and maple that I own, which is funny because she loves to eat (salted) caramel.
