Watermelon hard candy! I love watermelon candy and this smells so similarly to a watermelon Jolly Rancher. Fruity, sweet, and slightly floral. It’s quite the well-rounded scent. Not for the faint of heart when it comes to the sugary-ness of it. It smells like a watermelon hard candy melting in the heat of hot summer day. On the skin, the peony is much stronger. I don’t get anything that suggests new roller skates to me, but this is a super lovely scent.
This starts off as Lipsmackers Watermelon lipgloss, then transitions to vanilla malt (similar to Sixteen92’s vanilla ice cream note) with a bit of white stiff leather in the background. The peony blossom is very soft and fades in and out. I’m not sure if I like this for me but objectively it is a good scent.
I like this way more than I thought I would. In fact, I thought I’d hate it, but it’s something that I would actually wear. It’s sugary sweet but somehow not overwhelming. The peony blossom is a nice, light, floral and not headachy at all. The roller skates give a touch of leather and rubber on asphalt, which gives a slight edge to the cutesy sweetness.
