As you enter Blackburn’s Parlor, you’re overcome by the scent of fresh made vanilla waffle bowls and cones. Gleaming black and white checkered flooring leads you to the ice cream case, which is brimming with full tubs of rich, smooth homemade dairy delights. All of the ice cream in Blackburn’s Parlor is made with the fresh organic milk from pastured grass-fed dairy cows from Blackburn’s Farmstead.
While Blackburn’s Parlor features an array of a dozen creamy flavors and every topping of your heart’s desire, you’re here for the Blackburn’s Signature Sundae. A golden brown vanilla waffle bowl, just cool enough to cradle your sundae, is filled with two scoops of smooth vanilla ice cream, one scoop of chocolate, a few pieces of thinly sliced banana and a generous dose of caramel sauce, all topped with a pile of fresh whipped cream.
The banana is a top note and will fade. The dry down features the vanilla waffle cone and caramel as the most dominant notes. Wearing Blackburn’s Parlor while enjoying a Signature Sundae is recommended!

Banana. I get heavy banana and maybe something akin to Laffy-Taffy. It’s a very candle-esque gourmand.
Banana is strong when wet – as a banana lover, it’s wonderful. It’s fresh banana, not overly sweet or candy-like. It fades pretty quickly though, and then is a perfect chocolatey-vanilla waffle cone. I get just a bit of caramel, not too strong. Overall it isn’t overly sweet despite smelling exactly like ice cream. It’s already a favorite and I’m definitely ordering a full size.
There was a lot of banana in this at first and as a banana hater I did not love that. It does fade after a couple hours and then smells exactly like chocolate vanilla swirl soft serve complete with the cone. I don’t get caramel. This scent isn’t for me but I’d like it on someone else.
Chocolate… with banana are the most prominent notes at first. Then comes the vanilla waffle cone underneath. It smells exactly like the description. It last’s around 4 hours. The chocolate is syrupy and the bananas are drenched in it. The fruit and chocolate disappear within an hour and all that’s left is an ice cream drenched vanilla cone.

Vanilla ice cream and banana! It’s very milky-sweet, not too sugary. I don’t get any chocolate, but after awhile I get some of the waffle cone. It’s got decent throw.
Banana and sugary, toasty vanilla and cream. On the skin banana softens. Warm and sweet, but not sugary. Notes of chocolate and does smell a bit like those waffle bowls.
